GLA will support to build a capacity at the Georgian National Agency of State Property

Georgian Logistics Association (GLA) will support a National Agency of State Property in Georgia to improve business processes related to management of movable and non-movable inventory and logistics. The project is financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) HICD program.

Within the project GLA will analyze the organizational structure and procedures of the inventory management and logistics and develop solutions which will help NASP to optimize the business procedures and make its services more customer friendly.

Since 2016, GLA actively supports a public sector to build capacity in logistics and supply chain management. In 2019, with a support of USAID, GLA has supported the Service Agency of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia to adopt warehouse logistics and inventory management systems. Between 2016 and 2018, GLA experts supported a National Center for Disease Control & Public Health, Georgia (NCDC) in the improvement of a laboratory consumables’ supply chain and develop a new warehouse infrastructure. The project was financed by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DITRA).
